What counts as one applicant?
One candidate checked for one position. The price covers up to 6 references for that candidate, so you can mix managers, peers and direct reports.
Are there monthly minimums or contracts?
No. Pay as you go. Annual agreements are available if you want volume pricing.
What if a reference never responds?
We send automatic email and text reminders, and you can swap in a different reference at no extra cost for that applicant.
How am I billed?
Pay-as-you-go accounts are billed monthly for the checks you ordered. Volume and enterprise accounts can be invoiced.
Do you offer pricing for background screening companies?
Yes. Consumer reporting agencies can buy at wholesale rates and resell or white-label the service. See the Partner Program.
